Business Development & Client Success Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development & Client Success Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing 1-2 existing client relationships for URPopular.The ideal candidate should have strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development* Identify and generate new business opportunities for URPopular* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand clients* Conduct outreach through emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels* Connect with brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and agencies* Understand brand requirements and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions* Schedule and conduct client meetings independently* Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations* Handle negotiations and support the sales closure process* Convert leads into long-term brand partnerships* Build strong relationships with new and existing clientsClient Success / Account Management* Manage and maintain relationships with 12 assigned brand clients* Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams* Understand client objectives and coordinate campaign requirements* Work closely with internal teams including influencer marketing and creative teams* Ensure smooth execution of campaigns within timelines* Share regular updates, reports, and campaign insights with clients* Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships* Identify opportunities for repeat campaigns and upsellingStrategy & Growth* Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, creator ecosystem, and digital marketing landscape* Suggest campaign ideas and solutions based on brand objectives* Contribute towards improving sales processes and client experience* Help strengthen URPopulars presence in the influencer marketing industryRequired Skills & Experience* 25 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing* Experience in influencer marketing, advertising, media, or digital agency preferred* Strong communication and presentation skills* Ability to handle client meetings independently* Good negotiation and closing skills* Strong understanding of brands, creators, and social media platforms* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines* Proactive, target-driven, and relationship-oriented mindsetPreferred Background* Experience working with brands, agencies, or marketing teams* Existing relationships with brand managers and marketing professionals is a plusKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Qualified meetings generated* New clients acquired* Revenue generated* Lead-to-client conversion rate* Client retention and satisfaction* Repeat business generated* Upselling opportunities createdLocationMumbaiEmployment TypeFull-time .
