We are looking for an experienced Nursing In-charge to lead and supervise nursing operations and ensure high-quality, safe and patient-centric care.

Position: Nursing In-charge

Experience: 610 Years

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM

Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Hospital Experience Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise day-to-day nursing operations

* Manage nursing staff, duty rosters and manpower deployment

* Ensure quality patient care and clinical documentation

* Coordinate with doctors, OT and other clinical departments

* Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards

* Support NABH and quality initiatives

* Drive training, discipline and performance of the nursing team

What Were Looking For

Strong hospital nursing experience

Team leadership and staff management skills

Good clinical coordination and communication skills

Experience in OT / surgical hospital environment will be an advantage
