Job Roles: Customer Support Executive | Customer Service Executive | Tele Counsellor Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year Locations: Hyderabad & Bangalore Openings: Voice | Non-Voice | Chat Support | Email Support | BPO | Customer Service

SALARY

2.05 LPA 4 LPA, depending on experience, skills & process.

WORK DETAILS

Working Days: 6 days

Shifts: Day shifts

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach

Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates with 6 months 1 year of experience can apply

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in day shifts

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
