In this role, you will play a vital part in managing crucial documentation, facilitating file processing across corporate and government offices, and executing field-level assignments-including land acquisition and surveys. Key Responsibilities:Liaison & Execution: Conduct regular, professional visits to client offices and government departments for timely follow-ups and task execution.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a dependable bridge between clients, government authorities, local stakeholders, and internal project teams. Documentation & Data Management: Accurately collect, verify, compile, and maintain essential records, data, and official documents. File Processing: Streamline documentation, file processing, and application submissions with relevant authorities. Field Operations: Actively participate in vital field activities, including land identification, acquisition processes, and survey assignments. Reporting: Prepare and submit clear monthly progress reports and task-specific updates. Problem Solving: Proactively address on-ground challenges, ensuring timely escalation and resolution alongside your reporting team. What We Are Looking For (Eligibility & Requirements) Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English. Mobility: Genuine enthusiasm for extensive travel and working hands-on at various project sites. Essentials: Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory. Tech-Savviness: Basic working knowledge of MS Office, communication, and smartphone applications.
