4. Recommend relevant textbooks, research papers, case studies, and assessment methods.

A Master’s degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Counselling, or a related field.2. A PhD or PhD candidacy is strongly preferred.3. Proven experience in curriculum design or syllabus development in higher education.4. Experience teaching, mentoring, or supervising PhD candidates or postgraduate researchers.5.
