About the Role

bit.byte.binary. is looking for an experienced creator and communicator to train college students in the creator economy and on-board immediately. The trainer will deliver sessions from the programme's 11-module curriculum and guide students as they build and monetise their own creator profiles on the Zolulu platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging expert-led sessions across the curriculum: creator economy fundamentals, platforms and tools, personal branding, content creation strategies, monetisation channels, legal and ethical considerations, analytics, and challenges and opportunities.
• Use real case studies and personal experience to show students how creators grow and earn.
• Mentor students through the hands-on project phase, helping them launch and monetise content on the Zolulu platform.
• Review student work, give constructive feedback and keep them on track with project milestones.
• Track and report batch progress, engagement and outcomes using the platform dashboard.
• Coordinate with the bit.byte.binary. team on scheduling, content updates and guest expert sessions.
• Keep training content current with platform changes, algorithm shifts and new monetisation trends.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in content creation, digital media, social media or a related field.
• Active presence on social media with demonstrable monetisation experience (ad revenue, brand deals, sponsorships, digital products or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confidence in presenting to and engaging large groups of students.
• Working knowledge of platform analytics and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telugu and South Indian languages (added advantage).
• Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring or conducting workshops.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and production.
• A verified, growing audience on one or more major platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

Terms of Engagement

• Contract basis; the trainer is not an employee of the organisation.
• Fee of Rs 60,000 per batch, payable as per the agreed contract terms.
• Batch schedules will be shared in advance and confirmed with the trainer.
