About the internship:As a Private Equity Research Intern at Fin Maverick, you'll support investment research and analysis, helping the team assess companies and opportunities through careful financial work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research companies, sectors, and relevant market developments to build clear, fact-based summaries for investment discussions.

2. Review company filings, financial statements, and other public information to understand performance, business drivers, and potential risks.

3. Build and update financial models, organizing assumptions and outputs so the analysis is easy to review.

4. Support valuation work using appropriate methods and transparent assumptions, and explain the factors behind key estimates.

5. Compare companies using financial and operating metrics, noting meaningful differences in performance and valuation.

6. Prepare concise research materials, charts, and presentations that communicate findings accurately.

7.
