Java Developer Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing guidance and supportOversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deploymentDesign, develop, and implement Java-based solutions that meet project requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achievedConduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure code quality and best practicesRequirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in Java developmentStrong knowledge of Java frameworks and technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood understanding of software development methodologies and processes
