About the internship:As a Finance & Accounting intern at Horizon Associates, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management. Your knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Auditing, Internet, and Tally will be put to the test as you work alongside our experienced team of professionals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

2. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

3. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement

4. Assist with tax preparation and filing, including Income Tax and GST

5. Utilize Tally software to track and manage financial transactions

6. Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 10,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 300000/year
