About the job:As a field officer - operations at Sunrise Security & Facility Services, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our manpower planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that our security and facility services are delivered seamlessly and effectively to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels at client sites.

2. Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding of new security and facility personnel.

3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and address any staffing issues or concerns.

4. Collaborate with the training department to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for field staff.

5. Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

6. Act as a liaison between field staff, clients, and management to address any operational challenges or client requests.

7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
