Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and leads. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Explain products/services, features, benefits, and processes clearly. Counsel customers and convert leads into successful opportunities. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong counselling and convincing abilities. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Basic computer/CRM knowledge. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
