Marketing & Community Growth Intern

Zenrises Creatives is launching a new pet-care startup in Bengaluru, focused on making pet care more trusted, accessible and convenient by connecting pet parents with reliable caregivers.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Growth Intern to join our early-stage team and help build the customer and caretaker community from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

Onboard pet parents and pet caregivers through calls, WhatsApp and outreach.

Handle customer communication, enquiries and follow-ups.

Support social media, content creation and digital marketing.

Build relationships with pet communities, apartment communities and local businesses.

Support customer acquisition, partnerships and grassroots marketing.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the founding team.

Experiment with new marketing and growth ideas.

Who we’re looking for:

0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with people and making calls.

Genuine interest in pets and pet care.

Proactive, creative and willing to take ownership.

Experience in marketing, sales or social media is a plus, but skills matter more than experience.

📍 Bommasandra, Bengaluru | 🕐 Full-time | 🏢 Work from Office | ⏳ 3 Months | 💰 10,000/month

Potential to convert into a paid full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
