Operations General Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Position: Operation Generation Manager

Industry: Facility Management / Housekeeping Services

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

Ensure smooth manpower deployment and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with clients and site teams for operational requirements.

Monitor attendance, manpower availability, discipline and performance.

Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company/client standards.

Manage supervisors and operational teams effectively.

Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Support business growth and generation of new operational opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Operations preferred.

Strong leadership, communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Good knowledge of manpower management and operational processes.

Candidates with relevant experience in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
