About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and communities, and build talent pools for open roles

2. Screen profiles, run first-round calls, and shortlist for hiring managers

3. Coordinate interviews, feedback and candidate communication end to end

4. Draft JDs, InMails and LinkedIn hiring posts with the team

5. Keep our ATS and trackers clean, and report weekly on funnel health

6. Support college outreach and intern hiring drives

7.
