Core Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Scilab scripts for engineering, simulations, and data processing

Collaborate with engineering teams to define automation solutions

Provide estimates and track tasks (JIRA)

Perform testing, validation, and debugging

Build and maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines, automated build/test/deploy workflows.

Mentor junior engineers and guide them in Scilab development, debugging, and problem-solving approaches

Conduct hands-on sessions / code reviews to upskill team members

Deliverables

Develop Scilab-based automation tools/applications for engineering use cases

Enhance and sustain existing automation tools and scripts

Provide documentation, validation, and user support

Conduct training sessions, create knowledge material, and enable junior engineers to independently use and develop Scilab-based solutions

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
