Graphic Design - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube (posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails and ad banners) for Urbanbuild Homes

2. Visiting ongoing construction sites in Bangalore to shoot photos and videos of progress, completed homes, interiors and walkthroughs

3. Editing short-form reels, project walkthrough videos and before/after transformations

4. Planning and scheduling the content calendar, and writing captions and hashtags

5. Managing our Instagram (@urbanbuildhomes), Facebook and YouTube pages, including replying to comments/DMs and tracking post performance

6. Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, WhatsApp creatives and listing graphics

7. Keeping up with design and social media trends and suggesting new content ideas for real estate and home construction

Who can apply: Students/freshers with a portfolio of design, photo or video work (Behance, Instagram or Google Drive link). Must be based in Bangalore and able to travel to sites. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 /year
