About the role

The candidate will have to leverage strong collaboration skills and the ability to extract valuable insights from highly complex data sets to ask the right questions. You'd be engaged in a fast-paced learning environment and will be solving problems for the largest organizations in the world mostly Fortune 500. The candidate will also work closely with internal business teams and clients to work on various kinds of data related problem solving like creating dashboards, automation, reporting, predictive and prescriptive analytics.

*Role and responsibilities : *

Analyse complex business problems by identifying relevant data sources, making appropriate assumptions, and drawing meaningful insights.

Independently manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions aligned with project goals.

Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand visualizations and narratives for stakeholders.

Develop and maintain compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI that convey key metrics and performance indicators

Present data-driven insights professionally and concisely with clear storytelling supported by visual and statistical evidence.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Contribute to continuous improvement of BI tools, data pipelines, and reporting standards.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visual development.

Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, or integration.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work with ambiguity and break down complex problems into structured, manageable components.

*Preferred Experience *

Prior experience in a cloud-based environment like AWS, Azure cloud and GCP.

Strong understanding and practical knowledge of various Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning and Generative AI.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Economics or related discipline
