Job description

About the job:You'll own AIRA's growth engine: running the ads that bring couples to us and being the first person they speak to. Once a couple is a good fit, you'll hand them to our Design & Styling lead for their creative meetings. You'll then support them with scheduling through to the wedding. Along the way, you'll capture our process on camera: site visits, production, and setups. After standout weddings, you'll help get our work featured in the right places.

You bring in the lead and qualify it on date, city, guest count, budget, and style.

You share a short brief and schedule the couple's design meeting with our Design & Styling lead. She leads the creative conversation, proposals, and commercials from there. You keep supporting the couple with scheduling and coordination. After the wedding, you collect reviews and referrals.

Key responsibilities:

A. Performance marketing (~28%):

1. Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Instagram and Facebook) ad campaigns for wedding inquiries.

2. Build audiences and write ad copy.

3. Brief ad creatives to the design and social team.

4. Set up lead forms, landing pages, WhatsApp click-to-chat, and tracking pixels.

5. Manage the monthly ad budget and report on spend, cost per lead, and cost per booking.

6. Run tests on audiences, creatives, and offers, and scale what works.

7. Track leads from organic Instagram, referrals, venues, and wedding listing platforms.

B. Leads and qualification (~12%):

1. Respond to every inquiry within a few hours, across ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.

2. Qualify leads on wedding date, city, guest count, budget, and style.

3. Keep the lead tracker updated at every stage: new, qualified, meeting held, booked, or lost.

4. Share monthly updates on inquiries and conversions.

C. Client relations (~25%):

1. Prepare a short client brief before each design meeting.

2. Hand qualified couples to our Design & Styling lead for design meetings.

3. Schedule design meetings, site visits and presentations.

4. Keep couples warm between meetings with timely, thoughtful check-ins.

5. Support couples with non-design scheduling and coordination until the wedding.

6. Collect reviews and testimonials after each wedding.

7. Nurture referrals from past couples, venues and vendors.

D. Video content (~20%):

1. Shoot site visits, venue walkthroughs and recces.

2. Film the production process: fabrication, prop preparation at our godown, and setup and teardown days.

3. Capture behind-the-scenes moments of the design team at work.

4. Edit short Reels and videos in AIRA's soft, romantic style for Instagram and ads.

5. Create ad creatives from this footage for Meta campaigns.

6. Maintain an organised library of raw and edited footage.

E. PR and features (~15%):

1. Pitch AIRA's weddings to platforms and publications such as WedMeGood, ShaadiSaga, WeddingSutra, Vogue Weddings, and Brides Today.

2. Prepare feature submissions with the design team: photos, the couple's story, vendor credits, and the couple's consent.

3. Build relationships with editors, wedding bloggers, photographers, and Instagram curators.

4. Keep AIRA's listings and reviews current on wedding platforms.

5. Find and apply for awards and collaborations.
