Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene, service standards, and customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee, tea, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality. Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and work area. Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, ingredients, and consumables. Follow FIFO, food safety, and hygiene standards. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Support billing, counter operations, and other outlet activities when required. Minimize wastage and report equipment or stock-related issues to the supervisor. Candidate ProfileGood communication and customer-service skills. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations. Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and service-oriented. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak business hours.
