Full Stack Developer

We are hiring a remote Full Stack Developer with 2 or more years of TypeScript experience to build client websites and apps, and our own products, from the database to the screen.

What you will do

Build features in Next.js and React apps and in Node.js APIs, from the PostgreSQL schema and migrations to the screen.

Build fast marketing sites and online stores, with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe and Cashfree.

Work on our own products, Bliss (practice management for therapists) and Safer Streets (a civic safety app), as well as client projects.

Pick up React Native (Expo) and Go code when a project needs it.

Write tests with Vitest and Playwright, and ship through code review and CI.

Show your work in weekly demos on a live link, and talk to clients directly.

Write down what the next person needs: decisions, setup and runbooks.

What we look for

2 or more years building and shipping TypeScript web apps that real people use.

Confidence with React and Next.js, and with Node.js on the server.

Solid PostgreSQL: schema design, migrations, indexes and reading a query plan.

Care with the risky parts: sign-in and permissions, payments and personal data.

Tests written as part of the work, not after it.

Clear written English. You can explain a trade-off in a few lines.

How we work

Written scope first. Every piece of work starts with a short written scope: what ships and when.

Weekly demos. We show progress on a live link every week, to each other and to clients.

A direct line. You talk to clients and to our founder directly. There is no account layer in between.

Remote and written. We work remotely and write things down: decisions, handovers and runbooks. Expect a few hours a week of overlap with India time (UTC+5:30) for demos and reviews.
