About the internship:CRUD Review is a flagship product by DataDrone. We help businesses collect genuine Google reviews from their customers effortlessly. Without typing. More reviews mean a stronger online presence and more walk-in customers for the business.

We're looking for Business Development Associates to introduce CRUD Review to local businesses and bring them on board as subscribers. You'll be the connection between a business that wants reviews and a product that delivers them.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify local businesses in your area or online

2. Reach out to owners and decision-makers by call, WhatsApp, or in person

3. Give a short, simple product demo

4. Sign them up for a free trial and follow up

5. Convert interested businesses into paid subscribers

6. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 40,000 /month

A. How you’ll work:

Fully remote (phone and online) or on the ground (in-person demos), or a mix of both. You choose your own hours and pace.

B. How you’ll be paid:

1. This is a 100% commission-based role with no base salary. You earn on every verified conversion:

2. ₹600–₹1,200 per sale, on progressive monthly slabs (the more you close, the higher the rate)

3. A strong month of 50 conversions is around ₹35,000, plus a free-trial bonus on top

4. Paid monthly on verified paid subscriptions. No earning cap.
