Job Title: Talent Sourcing SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad Experience: 1 to 6 Years Work Mode: 6 Days Working (Contract Role)Role Overview:We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who can source and attract top talent in a high-volume hiring environment. The role involves supporting multiple business functions and building strong candidate pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Execute sourcing strategies using job portals and professional networking platforms.Conduct initial phone screenings and share qualified candidates with recruiters.Maintain candidate data in the Recruiting Management System (RMS).Build strong talent pipelines using internal and external databases.Follow defined sourcing processes, SLAs, and delivery timelines.Stay updated with sourcing trends, tools, and market intelligence.Generate periodic reports on sourcing activities.Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring teams effectively.Understand industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape.Required Qualifications:2–6 years of experience in sourcing using job portals and networking platforms.Any undergraduate degree.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail and business understanding.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Taleo, SAP, or similar.Preferred Qualifications:MBA in HR or related field.Experience in passive sourcing (AIRS techniques).Strong research skills (market mapping, competitor analysis, candidate research).
