Procurement & Store Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Procurement

& Store Executive to manage hardware materials, maintain store records, handle vendor coordination, and support basic accounts-related activities. This is a full-time in-house office role with system-based work. Training will be provided on Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage hardware material stores (materials in & out records).

Ensure accurate stock tracking and inventory updates.

Prepare and maintain basic balance sheets and store-related accounts records.

Raise purchase requests, follow up with vendors, and coordinate deliveries.

Prepare and submit payment requests and supporting documents.

Update transactions and inventory details in Odoo system (training provided).

Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounts, purchase, or store management

.

Familiarity with hardware materials is an added advantage.

Experience in the

Odoo system is preferable.

Good coordination and follow-up skills with vendors.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, records maintenance).

Attention to detail and basic documentation skills.

Communication skills fluency in English and Hindi preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:

B.Com or any qualification (candidates willing to learn are welcome).

Experience:

1 year (Minimum

6 months experience in relevant store roles preferred).
