Handle customer questions professionally and escalate medical or complex queries to the appropriate qualified person. Coordinate with the order, dispatch, and customer-support teams. Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Follow company policies and ethical sales practices. Provide regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, and sales. Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills. Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage. Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers. Qualifications12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Experience in telecalling, healthcare, Ayurveda, FMCG, or sales will be an advantage.
