Read and interpret engineering drawings, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and assembly instructions. Fit and align hydraulic components accurately. Install hydraulic hoses, tubes, fittings, and pipelines. Perform pressure testing and leak testing of hydraulic systems. Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance. Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults and perform necessary repairs. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calliper’s, micrometres, pressure gauges, and dial indicators. Maintain cleanliness of hydraulic components to prevent contamination. Follow safety procedures and use PPE while working. Coordinate with welding, machining, and quality departments during manufacturing processes. Record assembly, testing, and maintenance reports.
