Desktop Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, ensuring that all users have a seamless experience with their IT resources. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server, as well as proficiency in configuring Outlook and managing Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for desktop and laptop issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain user accounts in Active Directory.
• Manage DNS and DHCP settings to ensure network connectivity and performance.
• Assist users with Outlook configuration and email issues.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
