The role requires a strong understanding of consultative sales, strategic outreach, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in colleges and universitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sectorPresent Aavyan Consulting’s services effectively, focusing on value-based sellingManage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closureMaintain accurate records of interactions and sales activityCollaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needsProvide market insights and feedback to help shape strategic directionKey Requirements:2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in ed-tech or related sectorsExisting network and active connections in higher education institutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven, with the ability to manage responsibilities independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindsetEmployment Type: Full-time (Remote)Preferred:Prior experience in selling online learning products, test prep solutions, upskilling platforms, or school/college partnershipsExposure to both B2C and B2B sales in the education segmentWillingness to travel, if required
