About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting research-oriented outbound calls to individuals or businesses to collect information for surveys, feedback, and market research

2. Accurately collecting and recording responses in spreadsheets or CRM tools

3. Qualifying and profiling leads by gathering key details such as company size, industry, contact information, and service interest

4. Collecting market and competitor insights through structured and informal conversations

5. Following up on calls and summarizing findings to support the sales team

1. First round: Recorded interview via a Google Form (shared through Internshala messages)

2. Second round: Interview with HR or the founder

B. Training & evaluation structure:

1. The first 2 weeks will be a paid training and evaluation period

2. During this phase, interns will receive basic training, and their ability to work, create outputs, and meet expectations will be assessed

3. Upon satisfactory performance, the intern will be officially assigned responsibilities and issued a formal work offer

C. Training stipend structure:

1. Working 1 hour per day (on working days): Rs. 1,000 per month

2. Working up to 10 hours per day: Up to Rs. 10,000 per month

3. Stipend is proportional to hours worked
