Team Leader - International BPO

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader for our International BPO operations based in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management within the international call center environment, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in an international voice process.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any challenges.
• Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of team performance metrics and report to upper management.
