Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of relevant FP&A experience who understands business numbers and can translate data into insights.Note: This is not an accounting-focused role. We are looking for candidates with a business finance / FP&A mindset, not core accounting or audit profiles.Key Responsibilities:1. Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecastsTrack actuals vs budget and highlight key variances2. Business AnalysisAnalyze financial and operational data to support decision-makingWork closely with restaurant operations to understand cost drivers and revenue trends3. MIS & ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summariesEnsure timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders4. Variance AnalysisIdentify deviations in cost, revenue, and profitabilityProvide actionable insights to improve business performance5. Data Handling & ModelingWork on Excel-based financial models and reportsMaintain and update financial datasets6. Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and financeSupport ad-hoc analysis and business reviewsEligibility Criteria:Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in FP&A / Business Finance / Financial AnalysisExperience in hospitality, retail, QSR, FMCG, or similar fast-paced industries is preferred Required Skills:Strong analytical and numerical abilityGood understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)Basic understanding of business finance and performance metricsAbility to work with large datasets and generate insightsGood communication skills (no constraints)
