You will work with architects, engineering leaders, product teams, and infrastructure groups to identify architectural gaps, design reusable frameworks, and establish quality practices that can scale across multiple engineering organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and evolve scalable test automation frameworks and quality engineering platforms for complex Service Cloud products.Design reusable testing solutions that can support ITSM, Agentforce Contact Center, CMDB, messaging, voice, and customer service workflows.Review high-level and low-level architecture documents to identify testability concerns, architectural risks, edge cases, and coverage gaps.Evaluate framework designs, technology choices, integrations, and architectural trade-offs with other senior engineers and architects.Create technical blueprints and roadmaps for quality infrastructure that can support a broad enterprise product portfolio.Design AI-powered testing capabilities such as intelligent regression test generation, natural-language test authoring, predictive quality analysis, and automated root-cause analysis.Integrate LLM-based assistants and AI tools into testing and software development workflows.Explore emerging AI technologies and prototype practical applications that can improve test coverage, engineering efficiency, and product quality.Partner with engineering teams to establish common automation patterns, framework standards, and quality engineering practices.Convert production incidents, customer adoption issues, and escaped defects into improvements in automation strategy and preventive testing.Mentor engineers on framework architecture, automation design, AI tooling, and quality practices.Influence testing standards and technical direction across multiple Service Cloud engineering teams.Collaborate with product, platform, infrastructure, and engineering organizations to build quality into the software development lifecycle.Help drive adoption of shared frameworks and tools across teams with different product and technical requirements.Required SkillsCandidates should have at least 18 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years focused on architecture and design of frameworks or engineering tools.
