Product Associate Intern

About the Role:

FOXO is looking for a proactive and analytical Product Associate Intern to work closely with the Product Manager on day-to-day product activities. You'll contribute to product research, requirement documentation, cross-functional coordination, and feature execution to help build and improve consumer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and product opportunities.

Gather and analyze user feedback to identify product gaps and improvement areas.

Assist in preparing product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.

Coordinate with design and engineering teams to clarify requirements, track development progress, and follow up on deliverables.

Review product flows and features, participate in testing, and document bugs or usability issues.

Track key product metrics and prepare reports to support product decisions.

Support feature releases, coordinate launch activities, and monitor post-launch feedback.

Maintain product documentation, project trackers, and updates on ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree or final-year student from a Tier-I college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Recent graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are eligible to apply.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to conduct structured research, work with data, and communicate findings clearly.

Familiarity with spreadsheets, product management concepts, analytics tools, or design tools is an advantage.

Must be available for a full-time, 9-month internship at FOXO's Bangalore office.

Internship Details:

Duration: 9 months

Work arrangement: Full-time, work from office in Bangalore.

Internship Monthly Stipend: Upto INR 45K
