Our expertise spans Operational Excellence, Project Management, Policy Research, Campaigns & Communications, and Strategy, serving government agencies, political parties, and some of India's leading and emerging unicorns.

We are looking for a tech-savvy Voice AI Intern who understands how voice AI agents work and can design, write, and refine prompts to build natural, intelligent, and human-like voice conversations.

*Key Roles & Responsibilities: *

• Design, write, and refine system prompts, agent instructions, and conversational flows for voice AI

agents.

• Work across the STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline to build and fine-tune natural, context-aware agents.
• Implement interruption handling, objection handling, latency optimization, and conversational memory. **
• **Debug agent behavior, identify conversation failures, and continuously improve performance.
• Experiment with *emerging AI tools *and platforms such as LiveKit, Vapi, and Retell AI.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field), pursuing or completed. Tier 1–2 colleges preferred.
