Corporate Agency Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Agency Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives within the insurance sector, specifically focusing on life insurance and bancassurance products. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share in the corporate insurance sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and insurance partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
