Extensive experience in Gen AI and LLM technologies, including exposure to open source LLMs is a must.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning. Familiarity with open source LLM frameworks like GPT-3/4 or similar models.Architectural Design: Ability to design scalable and efficient AI architectures.System Integration: Skill in integrating AI technologies, including open source LLMs, into new or existing systems.Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing AI models and systems, including open source LLMs, for efficiency.Data Management: Knowledge of handling large datasets for Gen AI and LLM training, including open source LLMs.Ethical Considerations: Understanding of AI ethics and privacy concerns, particularly relevant to open source LLMs.Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills.Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to open source LLMs.Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with advancements in Gen AI, LLMs, and open source LLM technologies.
