Inside Sales - Internship (Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with prospective parents through phone calls and follow-ups to introduce our services and understand their needs

2. Convert qualified leads into paying clients by explaining our offerings, addressing concerns, and guiding parents through the onboarding process

3. Call and connect with a database of prospective parents who have expressed interest in our services

4. Build trust with parents, communicate the value of our offerings, and address questions or objections effectively

5. Follow up with interested prospects consistently to improve conversion rates

6. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in a CRM or tracking sheet

7.
