The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with school decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new schools in the assigned territory (Thrissur & Cochin).Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school management, and key decision-makers.Pitch educational products/services to schools and ensure timely closures.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients.Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor competition and market trends to strategize accordingly.Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups via CRM tools or reporting formats.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is a plus).1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector or similar.Prior experience in school sales will be a strong advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Self-driven and target-oriented.Willingness to travel locally within assigned areas (Thrissur & Cochin).Benefits:Fixed salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).Incentives based on sales performance.Travel reimbursement.Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing sector.
