Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologist based in Gurugram. The role involves conducting detailed assessments of speech, language, communication, swallowing, and hearing abilities, and developing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating clinical documentation, and educating clients and caregivers on strategies to manage communication and swallowing issues. The professional will coordinate with other healthcare and educational providers when needed, participate in case discussions, and contribute to community awareness or screening programs organized by the clinic. Maintaining ethical, client-centered care and staying current with best practices in speech-language pathology and audiology are integral to this role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Language Disorders.Experience in assessing and treating Communication Disorders, including articulation and fluency issues.Clinical competence in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (e.g., BASLP, MASLP, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Current professional registration or license as required by local regulations.Ability to conduct audiological evaluations and interpret hearing test results (experience with hearing aids and rehabilitative audiology is an advantage).Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adults, and families.Good record-keeping, report-writing, and basic computer skills; proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and ethical clinical care. .
