Location: Gurgaon Level: Vice President Experience: 1520 years Industry: BFSI / Life Insurance The Opportunity This is a strategic product leadership role responsible for shaping the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap for Agency and Direct channels, with significant influence on business growth, productivity and distributor experience. Key mandate:

Own the digital product strategy and roadmap for proprietary channels

Lead large-scale digital transformation across sales and distribution journeys

Drive customer-centric product innovation and adoption

Re-engineer processes to improve productivity and business outcomes

Partner closely with Business, Technology, Engineering and Architecture leadership

Drive prioritisation, investment decisions and value realisation

Lead and develop a high-performing product and delivery organisation

Champion Agile, design thinking and continuous innovation
