About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Marketing and growth:

1. Manage social media, campaigns, content, and offline marketing

2. Build partnerships and experiment with new ways to reach customers

B. Strategy and research:

1. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and real-estate research

2. Prepare presentations and help turn ideas into actionable plans

C. Tech and AI:

1. Experiment with AI tools, CRM, automations, and website/app workflows

2. Coordinate with developers

D. Founder support:

1. Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and priorities

2. Make sure important things don't fall through the cracks

E. Operations:

1. Build trackers and document processes

2. Coordinate with teams and vendors, and help projects move from idea to execution

F. Special projects:

1.
