About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.

2. Source candidates through Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant platforms.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

5. Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.

6. Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations and offer closures.

7. Maintain and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

8. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain proper recruitment documentation.

9. Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment MIS and share regular hiring reports.

10. Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and ensure timely closures.

11. Coordinate with management and respective teams to understand hiring requirements.

12.
