About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and research potential clients such as heads of treasury, project heads and talent acquisition leaders at banks and financial institutions, using LinkedIn and other online sources

2. Build and maintain a lead database in Excel or Google Sheets with names, designations, companies and contact details

3. Run LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups with senior treasury and HR professionals to generate client leads

4. Draft and send professional emails to clients, and track replies and follow-ups

5. Source and screen candidates for treasury and capital markets roles, and coordinate interviews

5. Help schedule client meetings and prepare company profiles and presentations

6.
