JOB DESCRIPTION - HOME INSPECTION EXECUTIVE PositionHome Inspection Executive / Civil Engineer Salary16,000 - 20,000 per month Job LocationField-based / Multiple Project Locations Job TypeFull-Time Purpose of the JobThe Home Inspection Executive will be responsible for visiting residential properties and conducting quality inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards, specifications, and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections of residential homes and construction projects. Inspect civil and construction work for quality, workmanship, and compliance with required standards. Identify construction defects, finishing issues, and quality concerns. Prepare inspection reports and document observations with photographs when required. Coordinate with site teams and contractors regarding identified issues. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure quality concerns are addressed. Travel to different project locations as required. Maintain accurate records of inspections and submit reports within the required timelines. Ensure all inspections are conducted professionally and as per company procedures. Educational Qualification Diploma / . / in Civil Engineering. Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered. Required Skills & Eligibility Good understanding of basic civil construction and building quality standards. Ability to identify construction defects and quality issues. Good observation and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work extensively in the field. Must have a valid two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence. Willingness to travel to multiple residential project locations. Field WorkThis is a primarily field-based role.
