Lead Generation Executive

Location: Indore (Work From Office) Experience: 0–2 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can create engaging content across Email, LinkedIn, and Social Media platforms to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads for the company.If you are creative, proactive, and understand how digital content converts into business opportunities, this role is for you! Freshers with a strong creative mindset are also welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementCreate compelling content for email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Assist in planning content calendars targeted at business audiences.Write clear, engaging, and conversion-driven messaging.Lead GenerationExecute lead generation strategies through Email Marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement.Conduct research to identify potential prospects based on target industries.Maintain and update lead databases.Run basic automation workflows using email or CRM tools (training provided if needed).Analytics & ReportingTrack campaign performance and prepare simple weekly reports.Suggest improvements based on analytics and engagement.Required SkillsStrong written communication skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Email tools, LinkedIn, social media).Ability to research and identify relevant leads.Creativity in crafting content that connects with B2B audiences.Basic knowledge of marketing analytics (advantage but not mandatory).Who Can Apply?Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Lead Generation.Freshers with strong creative skills and good communication can apply.Must be comfortable with work from office in Indore.
