Senior UI/UX Designer (Global Projects)

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire UI/UX and website design team, ensuring effective task allocation, workload management, and team productivity.

2. Oversee all ongoing design projects, priorities, resources, milestones, and delivery timelines.

3. Manage the complete design lifecycle, from requirement gathering and wireframing to high-fidelity designs, prototyping, approvals, and developer handoff.

4. Review and approve design deliverables to ensure visual consistency, usability, responsiveness, and adherence to client requirements.

5. Establish design standards, workflows, review processes, and quality benchmarks across projects.

6. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and development teams to manage feedback, revisions, approvals, dependencies, and design-related escalations.

7. Mentor designers, provide constructive feedback, resolve bottlenecks, and improve overall team performance.

8. Ensure accurate design-to-development handoffs and review implemented pages against approved designs.

9. Proactively identify project risks, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

10.
