Attaining the calls from the customers regarding printers,routers and email issues etc.2. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. 3. Selling technical support plan along with relevent software.SHIFT TIMING: - 08:30 pm to 06:30 am (Night Shift)CRITERIA: -1. Should have 1-5 Years Of Experience in Outbound process2. Min qualification should be (10+2)3. Should be good in English4. Should be presentable and smart enough to handle client's query.5.
