About the internship:As an M&A Intern at Fin Maverick, you'll support transaction research and analysis, helping the team assess opportunities and prepare clear, decision-useful materials. You'll build practical experience with financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis while working with real deal-related information.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research companies, markets, and comparable transactions, summarizing findings and sources in concise, organized notes.

2. Use MS Excel to clean and analyze financial data, spot trends, and maintain accurate supporting schedules.

3. Assist with financial models by organizing inputs, updating assumptions, and checking calculations under guidance.

4. Support valuation analysis by gathering comparable-company and transaction data and helping prepare valuation summaries.

5. Review company and transaction information to identify key business drivers, risks, and questions for further analysis.

6. Help prepare presentations and internal materials by turning analytical findings into clear tables, charts, and concise explanations.

7.
