Your primary goal is to build strategic partnerships, onboard service providers, and drive grower engagement. B2B Market Linkages (Wholesale & Mandis): Establish direct relationships with large buyers, traders, aggregators, and wholesale markets for fruits, vegetables, and field crops to secure off-take channels. Advisory & Agronomist Network: Connect with agricultural experts, extension officers, and university doctors to build an expert panel for crop advisory services. Field Marketing & Outreach: Organize farmer awareness programs, village-level meetings, and field demonstrations to promote integrated agricultural services.
