Remote Paralegal LER/Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integreon is seeking a full-time Paralegal/Specialist to join its Law Enforcement Request (LER) team for a global provider of e-commerce, cloud computing, and technology services. The role manages the intake, review, processing, and production of sensitive legal requests while supporting projects, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and process efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesConduct phone calls with law enforcement agencies to negotiate the scope of overbroad requests, discuss proprietary material processes, and address expressive materials policiesReview and process various types of domestic and international law enforcement requestsTriage incoming mail and physical requests, with a focus on managing email communicationsAnalyze large legal documents with precision and attention to detailIdentify and flag process inconsistencies or deviations from established playbooks/guidancePrioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversightCollate and manage relevant matter informationCreate and produce data for law enforcement when appropriateUpdate and maintain information in the clients systemsConduct follow-ups on LER requests as requiredCommunicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement officials in North AmericaTrain and mentor other team membersPerform any other duties within the scope of work as required by the clientSkills

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the legal or law enforcement industryProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional organizational and administrative skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong multitasking capabilities and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamFull-time availability: 40 hours per week (9 a.m. 5 p.m. EST)Understanding of legal processes, compliance, and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)Experience working with legal data, document review platforms, or eDiscovery toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctorate (JD) and/or Master's degree preferredLaw enforcement and Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)BenefitsFull-time employmentRemote work arrangementCompany Overview
