Campus Ambassador – Rothenhall Partners

Rothenhall Partners is looking for ambitious and curious college students to join our 3-month Campus Scouts Program.

This is not a typical campus ambassador role.

No copy-pasting Canva posts.

No participation trophies.

No pretending to be excited about “corporate synergy.”

We want students who are willing to build, create, connect and take ownership.

What you'll do

As a Campus Scout, you will help take Rothenhall into your campus by:

Creating and executing campus initiatives

Building awareness of Rothenhall among students

Organizing events, activities and conversations

Connecting with student clubs, societies and communities

Creating content and sharing ideas

Identifying opportunities to grow Rothenhall on campus

Building relationships and partnerships

Working with the Rothenhall team on projects

Taking ideas from concept → execution

Your Growth Path

This isn't just an ambassador title.

Scout → Advocate → Lead → Campus Head

The more you contribute, the more responsibility you can earn.

Outstanding performers may have opportunities to take on larger campus leadership roles.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a huge following or previous ambassador experience.

We're looking for students who are:

Currently enrolled in college/university

Curious and proactive

Comfortable meeting new people

Good at communicating ideas

Interested in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, consulting or community building

Willing to take initiative without being constantly told what to do

Able to commit consistently for 3 months

If you've built something, organized something, led something, created something or made something happen, we want to hear about it.
